Contents: Chinese rice 150g( Boiled Chinese Rise 400g ), Mix vegetables 200g ( Cabbage, Carrot, Cauliflower, Capsicum, Green Peas) Ginger paste 15 g, Shri Hari Fried Rice Masala Pkt.(20g),Oil 20 g.
Recipe:
- Boil chinese rice with oil in water.
- Drain extra water from it.
- Finely chop all the vegetables.
- Heat the oil, saute ginger paste in it. Add finely chopped vegetables, boiled rice and Shri Hari Fried Rice Masala, Mix it well.
- Serve hot with coriander and spring onion as per taste and liking.
