Description
Shri Hari Ready To Cook Punjabi Mix Veg Masala which includes allspice you do not add any masala in this masala.
Ingredients: Red chilies, turmeric, sugar, cashew, salt, spices & condiments.
Recipe:
- Take 250g mixed vegetables (cauliflower, cabbage, carrot, peas, capsicum, french beans, tomato).
- Steam the vegetables with little salt, water and ghee.
- Take 50g ginger-chilli paste, 2 nos tejpan, 100g ghee, 2 spoons milk cream.
- Add 100g ghee, saute 2 tejpan and ginger-chilli paste, then add two glass water and bring to boil.
- In gravy add all the boiled vegetables, mix it well, add 2 spoon milk cream and coriander.
- Tasty Punjabi mix veg is ready to serve.
