PANEER ALOO MATER RECIPE
(1) Take 250g. Patato, Boil with little salt, Cut into pieces and fry it. Boil 100g peas(Matar), grate 100 paneer and fry in hot ghee. (2) Crush 3 Tomatoes, Make 50g. paste of ginger & Green Chilli. (3) Heat the Ghee in apan, then add 2 nos of Tej-Pan, Ginger – Chilli paste, and saute it, add crushed tomatoes, complete masala from the packet and 2 large glass full of water and make the gravy. (4) Add fried Potatoes, Grated Paneer and Peas into gravy annd tasty Allo Matar is ready. Serve with spoon milk cream.
