PANJABI DUM ALOO RECIPE :
(1) Take 300g. potato, Boil with little salt, Cut into pieces and fry it, (2) crush 3 tomatos, Make 50g. paste of ginger & green chillies. (3) Heat the ghee in pan, then add 2 nos of Tej Pan, Ginger-Chilli paste, and saute it, add crushed tomatoes, complete masala from the packet and 1 glass full of water and make the gravy ready. (4) Add fried Potatoes, Green Coriander and 2 spoon milk cream into greavy and tasty Dum Aloo is ready to serve
