Recipe
(1) Take 300g. potato, Boil with a little salt, Cut into pieces and fry it,
(2) crush 3 tomatoes, Make 50g. a paste of ginger & green chilies.
(3) Heat the ghee in a pan, then add 2 nos of Tej Pan, Ginger-Chilli paste, and saute it, add crushed tomatoes, complete masala from the packet, and 1 glass full of water and make the gravy ready.
(4) Add fried Potatoes, Green Coriander, and 2 spoon milk cream into gravy and tasty Dum Aloo is ready to serve
