PANJABI MIX-VEG. RECIPE
(1) Take 250 gram Mix vegetables (Cauliflower, Cabbage, Carrot, Peas, Capsicum, french beans, tomato). Steam the vegetables with little Salt, Water and ghee., Take 50 gram gignger-chilli paste, tejpan 2 nos. ghee 100 gram, milk cream 2 spoon. (2) Add 100 gram ghee, saute 2 tejpan and ginger -chilli paste, then add two glass water, bring to boil. (3) In a gravy add all the boiled vegitables, mix it well, add 2 spoon milk cream and coriander. Tasty panjabi mix veg is ready to serve.

Direction To Use:
Take 1 kg small pieces of paneer, then add 300 gm onion pieces with oil/butter/ghee and boil it.
Then add 50gm lotus Punjabi paneer masala. Wait for the boiled.
After getting smell of the recipe add fresh water in it according to recipe.
Serve it with adding dhaniya patti over it.
Do not add any other ingredient in it.
