SCHEZWAN FRIED RICE RECIPE :
Contents : Chinese rice 250 gram, Mix vegetables 250 gm (Cabbage, Carrot, Capsicum, Green Peas), Green Chilli sauce – 2 spoon, Soya sauce – 1 spoon, Vinegar – haft spoon, Shri Hari Schezwan Fried Rice Masala 1 pkt. (25 g.), Oil 20 g, Ginger paste 15 g.
Recipe : Boil chinese rice with oil in water to prevent stickiness. Finely chop all the vegetables. Heat oil, Saute ginger paste, add finely chopped vegetables. Add boiled rice, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, “Shri Hari Schezwan Fried Rice Masala” to it. Mix it Well, Serve hot with Coriander and Spring onion as per taste and liking.

We can use any kind of finely chopped vegetables and the rice can be made fresh or it is best to use left over rice which is edible.

Method:
Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan & stir-fry 1 cup of chopped vegetables of your choice (carrot, capsicum, onion, cabbage, French beans, etc) for 2-3 minutes.
Add 3 cups of boiled rice to the vegetables. Add 1 ½ tsp Ching’s Secret Schezwan Miracle Masala & stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
