Baigan Bharta Masala Recipe
Heat 2 Tablespoon Oil in a pan and Add ginger paste along with the diced tomatoes and saute it well. Add boiled and mashed brinjals, entire packet of Shri Hari Baigan Bharta Masala and half a glass of water and heat it. Garnish ith with coriander and serve.

NOTE: DO NOT USE ANY OTHER TYPE OF DRY MASALA & SALT
