Description
Contents: 200g. Sabudana, 150g. Potato, Capsicum 1 no, 50g Ginger-Green Chillies, 30g Crushed Peanuts, Dry Red Chilli 1 no., Curry Leaves, Coriander, Groundnut Oil or Pure Ghee
Recipe :
- Soak Sabudana for 4 to 5 hours.
- Heat the oil/ghee in a pan and add Ginger – Chill, Curry Leaves, Dry red chilies, Chopped Potato, Capsicum, and “SHRI HARI”
- Sabudana Khichdi Masala mix it well, if needed add sugar and saute it well.
- Add soaked Sabudana in it mix it well, add crushed peanuts, and cook properly.
- When khichdi is ready serve with coriander.
