Description
Shri Hari Ready To Cook Paneer Aloo Matar Masala which includes allspice you do not add any masala in this masala.
Recipe:
- Take 250g potato, boil with little salt, cut into pieces and fry it. Boil 100g peas (matar), grate 100g paneer and fry in hot ghee.
- Crush 3 tomatoes, make 50g paste of ginger & green chilli.
- Heat the ghee in a pan, then add 2 nos of tej pan, chilli paste and saute it, add crushed tomatoes, complete masala from the packet and 2 large glass full of water and make the gravy.
- Add fried potatoes, grated paneer and peas into gravy and tasty aloo matar is ready, serve with spoon milk cream.
