(1) Take 150g, Chhole, Cook with a little salt, Crush 3 tomatoes, 50g. a paste of Ginger & Green Chillies, 2 nos. Tej-Pan, 2 Large glass full of water(600ml), 150g Ghee (2) Heat the ghee in a pan, then add 2 nos. of Tej-Pan, ginger-Chilli paste and saute it, add crushed tomatoes, complete masala from the packet, and 2 glass full of water and make the gravy (3) Add cooked Chhole into gravy with two spoon ghee, mix it well, tasty chhole is is Ready to Serve.
