Contents: Chinese rice 250 grams, Mix vegetables 250 gm (Cabbage, Carrot, Capsicum, Green Peas), Green Chilli sauce – 2 spoons, Soya sauce – 1 spoon, Vinegar – haft spoon, Shri Hari Schezwan Fried Rice Masala 1 pkt. (25 g.), Oil 20 g, Ginger paste 15 g.

Recipe: Boil Chinese rice with oil in water to prevent stickiness. Finely chop all the vegetables. Heat oil, Saute ginger paste, add finely chopped vegetables. Add boiled rice, green chili sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, “Shri Hari Schezwan Fried Rice Masala” to it. Mix it Well, Serve hot with Coriander and Spring onion as per taste and liking.
