Description
Shri Hari Ready To Cook Punjabi Chhole Masala which includes allspice you do not add any masala in this masala.
Ingredients: Salt, chilies, turmeric, poppy seeds, compounded asafoetida, kachori, fudina, black salt, spices & condiments.
Recipe:
- Take 150g chhole, cook with a little salt. Crush 3 tomatoes, 50g paste of ginger & green chillies, 2 nos. tej-pan, 2 large glass full of water (600ml), 150g ghee.
- Heat the ghee in a pan, then add 2 nos. of tej-pan, ginger-chilli paste and saute it, add crushed tomatoes, complete masala from the packet, and 2 glass full of water and make the gravy.
- Add cooked chhole into gravy with two spoon ghee, mix it well, tasty chhole is ready to serve.
