Description
Contents: 400g Rice-Dal, 50g Green chillis, 25g Ginger, Curry leaves, 600g Mix Vegetables (Cauliflower, Cabbage, Capsicum Tuvar Dana).
Ingredients: Salt, coriander, red chilli, mustard seeds, turmeric, cinnamon (taj), compounded asafoetida, amchur, spices & condiments.
Recipe:
- Wash and keep dal and rice in the cooker with the required amount of water & cook it properly.
- Make a paste of green chilli and ginger. Cut all the vegetables properly.
- Heat peanut oil and add Ginger-Green Chilli paste, Curry leaves, add chopped vegetables and entire Shri Hari Kathiawadi Masaledar (Spicy) Khichdi masala from the packet and mix it well.
- Your spicy khichdi is ready.
- Garnish it with coriander and serve it.
